Finance Guide The Department of Economic Development (DED) and the Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB), in cooperation with attorneys from Gilmore & Bell, P.C. and The Stolar Partnership LLP and individuals at the Public Policy Research Center of the University of Missouri - St. Louis, developed this economic development finance guide for the purpose of providing technical assistance to Missouri communities and the regional-based development partners representing Missouri's communities. This Guide is intended to serve as a "how to" manual in accessing and implementing existing economic development initiatives and services.
