NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM APPLICATION WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM
The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is pleased to offer application workshops designed to assist nonprofit organizations with the NAP application process. Attendees should review the FY2011 Guidelines and Application before attending a workshop.
Organizations must register to attend an application workshop. The workshops are free and open to the public, but space is limited. To register, please complete the registration form below and select the workshop date you wish to attend. Registration forms may be mailed or faxed to:
