Creating IDAs

Below are individual development account programs offered by the Business and Community Services Division. To learn more, click on the program name or the corresponding link at the left.

Family Development Account - A contribution tax credit program that provides approved agencies the opportunity to offer state tax credits to contributors resulting in leverage local dollars for low-income individuals and families to participate in a matched savings program for the purpose of home purchases, higher education, major home improvements, and start-up capital for a small business.

Neighborhood Assistance Program - A contribution tax credit program that allows approved agencies to offer contributors an incentive of tax credits to leverage local dollars for community development activities.
